ASUS ZenFone AR launched in India ASUS has launched the  ZenFoneAR  in India. The phone is priced at INR 49,999 and will be available exclusively on Flipkart . The ZenFone AR is the first phone in the world to have Google’s Tango AR technology and Daydream VR technology built-in. To enable Tango functionality, the phone has a triple camera system on the back, comprising of a 23 megapixel main camera, a depth sensor and a motion sensor.  The main camera captures the background and also takes pictures and videos, the depth sensor calculates the distance of the objects in the room and the motion sensor tracks the motion of objects in view. Huawei launches Honor 8 Pro in India Huawei has finally launched the  Honor 8 Pro  in India, almost three months after its international launch. The phone is priced at INR 29,999 and will be available exclusively on Amazon India . The Honor 8 Pro has a 5.7-inch QHD display, HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, dual 12 megapixel rear cameras, 8 megapixel front camera, 4000mAh battery, and Android 7.0 with EMUI 5.1. The phone also comes inside a packaging that turns into a VR headset. The phone will be available through an open sale on July 13, 12:00 AM. For Amazon Prime customers , the phone will be available starting July 10 at 6:00PM.  There will also be offers on launch, including 0% EMI, 15% cashback for HDFC card holders, and 45GB 4G data from Vodafone for 5 months.

Xiaomi releases a list of devices getting Nougat update Amazon.in Widgets Being in the Mi ecosystem of Android devices means forever having a question mark on when you are getting the next version of Android. For those out of the loop, almost all the Xiaomi devices on the market today are still on Android Marshmallow, an update released almost two years ago. The company has been promising the Nougat update for months now and today we finally have some confirmation on at least which devices will be getting the update. Reliance Jio offers up to 30GB 4G data on select Xiaomi phones Reliance Jio is offering a whole bunch of free data to Xiaomi customers. People buying select devices will be eligible for 30GB of free 4G data. The way this works is that customers of Xiaomi devices  will need to have a Reliance Jio SIM activated on or after June 16, 2017. After that, for every prepaid recharge of INR 309 or above they will get 5GB additional data (on top of whatever the recharge normally entails). This can be done for six recharges, totaling 30GB, till March 31, 2018.
